REFUND & RETURN POLICY

JOHNSON TITANIUM 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days
from the date you receive your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
✓ Items must be unused and unworn
✓ Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
✓ Items must include all original packaging and materials
✓ Hygiene products must not show signs of use

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED (FINAL SALE):
✗ Swimwear and intimates
✗ Items marked as "Final Sale" on product page
✗ Custom or personalized items
✗ Items damaged through customer misuse

IMPORTANT: Discounted items are eligible for return under the same policy.
We do NOT consider discount percentage when processing returns.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1. Email info@johnson-titanium.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of item (if applicable)

2. We will reply within 24 hours with:
- Return shipping label (printable or email)
- Return address

IMPORTANT - INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
⚠️ If you are located outside the USA:
- YOU are responsible for all international return shipping costs
- YOU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on return shipments
- International return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Returns may take 4-8 weeks to reach us
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your return

SHIPPING COSTS:
- We cover return shipping for defective items
- Customers cover return shipping for non-defective returns
- Return shipping is non-refundable

REFUND PROCESSING:
- Items must be received back within 14 days of approval
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after item receipt
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Email confirmation sent when refund is complete

EXCHANGES:
- We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors
- Customer covers outbound shipping
- We cover return shipping

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately
- Defective items receive prepaid return shipping
- Refund or replacement issued within 7 business days of receipt
